I am still shocked and stunned and amazed at how big it got?! I AM SO GLAD YOU LIKE MY LITTLE GUYS!!!!!!!

For the last two days, I have two special updates!! Today's special update is....well!! WE HAVE A BEANBUDS PROTOTYPE!!!!!

This is a prototype and there will be minor changes made, but it is 95% the final shape and look of them, and I am SO SO SO HAPPY and thankful to many manu who got this done for me in RECORD time.

Obviously the other nine have been ordered and you should also be able to see how they look before making your final decisions, but now you can picture the shape and look of them much better. They really will be mini versions of the backpacks.

All our graphics updated with this little guy too. Have a look!

SESAME GRYPHON IS UNLOCKED!
Along with his acrylic keychain!! Go get the add-on anytime!!!!

Thanks so much everyone-- I really set that goal expecting it to be the endgame... instead we have a whole week to go!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As your reward, here is a rough prototype of the BeanBuds! I think we'll see a finished sample soon. Just have to note--the BeanBuds won't have paper on them, this is a VERY rough sample before any revisions or embroidery or finishing work!!

Other notes:
As stated many times, I am trying to get backpack prototypes finished as soon as possible! You'll be able to see them before you decide which backpack to get. Please do not keep pressuring comments about this.

The backpacks are machine washable! We will make a guide about it.

We will not be able to offer extra straps, bandanas, etc, as the project has already gotten as big as I am willing and I do not want to get overwhelmed.

HI FOLKS!!!!!!!!

We just got back from Katsucon where the Snug-Alongs were a huge hit. So many of you came up to visit us and try them on and give them a hug and I loved how shocked everyone was by how much space is inside them too!! We got a lot of volunteer models and will be posting new pics and videos soon!

Speaking of the space inside them, we do finally have a really important model: an i-pad to put inside for a video. So stay tuned for that. The backpacks can fit a normal i-pad, but not the oversized ones! Also keep in mind due to physics if the backpack is stretched to its limit lengthwise it won't be able to fit many chunky things in what's left. It is a good size for a plush backpack, but it IS still a plush backpack, so just keep it in mind! I will also take a normal video putting in water bottle, wallet, phone, etc, and not stupid stuff like ramen and bowls anymore. HAHA.

Anyway, we are about 15,000$ away from unlocking Sesame Gryphon and I am 100% positive we will unlock him!! Our friend Mcmadmissile ( https://tinyteeth.carrd.co ) designed a Sesame keychain that will become an add-on item as soon as Sesame unlocks!! What do you think??


PROTOTYPES UPDATE!

My dear manufacturers have returned from holiday and the backpack prototypes and BeanBuds prototypes have been paid for! We should have BeanBuds basic shape to show you very soon, and I can't guess on the backpacks but hopefully before the campaign ends. IF THEY ARE NOT READY BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN ENDS, IT'S OKAY!!!!!! You'll still be able to change or add-on any selections you've made once you see them! And I won't lock surveys until everyone has a reasonable idea of how the items will all look!

Q: Why didn't you get the BeanBuds and backpacks started sooner?
A: As for BeanBuds, they were originally unlockable at 80,000$ which I never expected to raise, so I didn't bother to spend money on prototypes... and as for backpacks, we voted as we went so they are brand new designs! Time-wise, all my manufacturers have been on vacation until yesterday, so we are getting to it now! 

A FEW FINAL THOUGHTS: 

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the same questions over and over and over and over again, almost all of them answered on the campaign page or FAQ, and because we are a very small team of me (Sunny) and my one friend who helps me with customer service, we just can't keep answering them all or we will go crazy. Please, please just read the campaign page or FAQ before asking us your question. I have also noticed some Softies (you folks) answering questions for us, and as long as you are kind and giving correct information, I appreciate that! So thank you!

THE NUMBER ONE QUESTION WE GET IS WILL THE BACKPACKS BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CAMPAIGN ENDS.
The answer is, probably!!, but pledging is the best way to guarantee you get your backpack! Again, you'll be able to log in to your backerkit account and edit or add-on anything else you may want until surveys lock probably in early April!

HAPPY ONE WEEK SINCE THE PROJECT BEGAN: OVER $120K RAISED IN ONE WEEK? YOU REALLY DO LOVE SNUG-ALONGS!!

MEET SESAME GRYPHON, WHO HAS WON THE POLL TO BECOME THE TENTH SNUG-ALONG IF $175K IS RAISED!

Sesame Gryphon is here and SO EXCITED to meet you!! They are a cold-weather, snow loving Gryphon whose soft spotted fur will keep you cuddly snuggly warm. Sesame is our third Fantasy Creature to join this lineup! Sesame might have an extra special little something coming our way too...? What could it be?

It was a very noble fight from Tiger, and I know everyone who wanted Tiger or a cat will be disappointed, but I promise there are BIG PLANS for cat lovers at LittleSofts this year, and you will not be let down. As for Tiger Snug-Alongs, this is one I have wanted to make from the start and I promise you if this campaign continues to do well, I will make more Snug-Alongs and Tiger will be first to be made.

So please continue to support this campaign if you want to see other animals made into Snug-Alongs! I am still so amazed at how this campaign has done and so thankful to everyone. I will be referencing all your comments and poll results for future projects at LittleSofts, whatever they may be, so you can continue to comment your hopes and dreams!

Another question I am getting a lot of is, will we see prototypes of the unlocked items before the campaign ends? The answer is "I hope so!", I am working hard to make that happen. I think we will have first draft prototypes to show you before the campaign ends, and I will not close surveys until the designs are final and you can see how they'll look exactly! This goes for Snug-Alongs and the BeanBuds.

One more question has been "can we see more videos of Peanut, Plum, Chiffon and ChocoChip?" Yes, they will be coming by next week! It's hard for me to film shots of them being worn all by myself and they arrived at my house one day before we launched, so we had no time to include them in our shoots before. New photoshoot and videos coming SOON!💛

Also-- we will be at Katsucon this weekend, and you can meet and even try on the Snug-Alongs there if you stop by our booth!

For now, please refrain from commenting about being disappointed if your favorite animal did not win the polls this time. I have tried my best to please as many people as I could, and it's very hard on me that I can't just make 50 backpacks right away and include far more animals. I hope to continue the series, but negativity will slow down that process, so please refrain. Thank you!

100k in five days. Absolutely bonkers. This is CRAZY!! WHAT IS HAPPENING! Oh, and new stretch goals!

Thank you so, so much everyone. I don't even know what to say? 100k should be an unattainable end goal, not a 5-days-in type thing. This one campaign has raised more in five days than my previous three campaigns did, total, combined. It's just absolutely beyond any expectations I had.

Obviously we have smashed open the stretch goals. I've been at my tablet to an endless loop of movies drawing turnarounds for new prototypes and designing graphics. You voted for Dragon, Bat and Red Panda to be added, and we added Charmy, Cloud, Lemon and Raspberry! I guess adding two dragons was a big ambitious, but they came so close in the polls, and it is the Year of the Dragon...!

Raspberry unlocked a few hours ago and we hit 100k moments ago. I am still in shock, but the next stretch goals are now revealed! We could end this campaign with ten BeanBuds and ten Snug-Along Backpacks. It's incredibly ambitious, and expensive (the backpacks are VERY expensive to produce because they are VERY high quality!!) but I think we could do it?! Let's keep aiming for the sky!!
