Hello Softes!! All surveys have been sent out!

If you are ready to pick your rewards, feel free to fill your survey out now!

If you want to want to see finished prototypes, we should have them in a few more weeks, and surveys will not close until late April, so you have time to decide. I WILL NOT CLOSE SURVEYS UNTIL ALL PROTOTYPES ARE FINISHED.


The preorder store is OPEN for anyone who did not pledge! This will also close in late April.


You will be charged for any additional goods and shipping once you have filled out your survey. Please do not fill it out until final decisions are made, as it will lock in your order at that time. You can still change it later, but you will have to email support to do so.

Apologies - BackerKit bug caused multiple attempted charges

Hi Snug-Alongs Community, 

Lafia here with BackerKit Success!!  I wanted to post an update letting everyone know there was a small bug in our system when this project began charging cards. Usually after an attempted charge, a notification is sent out to the backer, and only when payment information has been updated, does the system attempt another charge. The bug we discovered, caused a quick succession of re-attempts without payment being updated. 

My sincerest apologies as I understand that this caused massive confusion in the community, and on top of that a scare that funds were being pulled from accounts. We can confirm that no backers have been double charged, as we have many safeguards against double charging, but you may have seen multiple attempts if your initial payment failed. If you are seeing 'Pending Charges' in your bank account, these will fall off. 

This bug was not a reflection on the creator or their project, but was an error on the BackerKit side. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the BackerKit Support team, by clicking through to your pledge "Contact Us".

Thank you for your understanding, and thank you all for supporting Snug-Alongs! This has been one of my favorite creators to work with, and they did such an outstanding job. Cannot wait to see what they come out with next ❤️

Thank you again everyone for your support!! Nothing exciting right now, just a few PSAs...

1) Backerkit has begun charging for pledges! If it looks like you got charged multiple times, do not worry, you didn't! Any charges that seem extra should drop off as it's just the company pinging cards. If there is any actual problem beyond that, DO NOT CONTACT LITTLESOFTS/POST HERE TO THE COMMUNITY/POST TO THE DISCORD, as we have no control over collecting payment and it is all on Backerkit's side! Please contact Backerkit Help for help with charges and payments! Again, we do not handle that so we cannot help!

We do understand it's frustrating and confusing for some, and do apologize for that, but it will all sort out and nobody is paying multiple times for their pledge, that will simply not occur, so don't worry or panic! 💜

2) After payments finish processing is when surveys go out to select your rewards! It takes up to two weeks, so just hang tight for now. Once they go out, there will be a month or so to finish filling it out and MANY reminders.

3) Backerkit offered us a preorder store and we turned it on! If you were unable to join the campaign, you can now get your items from the preorder store for a limited time! We will close it when surveys also close in April. Check it out!

And thank you! Please remember to read the FAQ/other updates before sending in questions since we have had a lot of issues with nobody reading any of the campaign info or FAQs before sending in questions 😭Thank you for understanding!!!

I am just here to say a thank you to everyone who has supported this dream project I've held in my heart for so many years. Please stick around for all updates, production progress, other LittleSofts project, and more ideas for the future. Thank you so so so SO SO SO SOOOO much for such a crazy wild ride this leap year!!

TWELVE HOURS UNTIL IT ENDS!!!! Though I believe if a BackerTrain begins it will extend longer....let's see!!

THANK YOU THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! THIS HAS BEEN A REALLY WHIRLWIND EXPIERIENCE AND.... I don't know what to say except let's keep having fun once it's over as the backpacks, plush and pins get produced and begin arriving to everyone!!!!

WE HAVE PROTOTYPES!

These are SUPER rough, SHAPE confirmation only sample plush made with scrap fabric, no embroidery etc, but you can get a pretty good idea of how they will look! I photoshopped in some details to give a better idea. Don't worry-- finished backpacks will be the correct colors and with nice details. We should see more finalized prototypes in the next few weeks...!
